Hunting mushrooms can become very addictive and can lead to rapid weight loss, and can also cause what is commonly known as  "Mushroom Fever"!**

Symptoms of Mushroom Fever and Addictions:

- feelings of anxiety (similar to Spring Fever, only worse!);

- long walks in the forest seeking mushrooms, when you know that there are none to be found (it's winter!);

- having very vivid dreams of your mushroom patches every night;

- phoning in sick to your job or school so you can go pick mushrooms;

- scheduling your vacations during mushroom seasons;

- lying to everyone about where your mushroom patches are!

For help with this addiction, phone your local M.A. helpline. Mushroom Addiction counselors are standing by to assist you!!
